Bear Creek Charter School

The Bear Creek Charter School project consisted of general construction for the new K-8 charter school building of approximately 64,000 square feet on two floors. The project included a gymnasium and a separate one-story, 2,400 square foot storage and maintenance building.

Broughal Middle School

The Broughal Middle School project consisted of new construction of a four-story, 225,000 square foot building in Bethlehem, PA. The project included a parking garage, demolition of the existing building and site work.

Cedar Crest College

The Cedar Crest College FalconPlex was a design-build project that consisted of the site development, a new full-size 4-sport NCAA competition synthetic turf field (soccer, field hockey, women’s lacrosse and men’s lacrosse), and an approximately 5,000 square foot fieldhouse. The fieldhouse has 4 separate locker rooms and shower facilities, an officials locker room, an athletic trainer’s training room, concession stand, laundry facility, public restrooms, a press box with filming booth and an enclosed VIP viewing area.

Central Bucks South High School

The Central Bucks South High School project consisted of construction of the new 325,000 square foot high school facility. The project included total site work development of multiple athletic fields, football stadium, running track construction and PennDOT roadway improvements.

Northampton County Community College – Monroe Campus

The Northampton County Community College project consisted of the construction of three new buildings totaling approximately 205,500 square feet at the college’s Monroe Campus location.

Shawnee Middle School (Easton)

The Shawnee Middle School project consisted of general construction and site work development for a new 140,000 square foot classroom and gymnasium addition, and a 145,000 square foot renovation to the existing school facility.

Upper Dublin High School

The Upper Dublin High School project consisted of general construction of a new 363,000 square foot high school building. Work included the demolition, renovation and construction of Upper Dublin High School, including total site work development with athletic fields and new tennis courts. The project also included off-site PennDOT roadway work.

Whitehall Elementary School

The Whitehall Elementary School project consisted of new construction of an 86,000 square foot elementary school in the Whitehall School District located in Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

Immaculata University

The Immaculata University project consisted of new construction of a 52,200 square foot university library following a design to match the existing architectural features throughout campus.
