Lanta

The Lanta project consisted of a 30,000 square foot addition, a 10,000 square foot renovation (and other site improvements to the LANTA Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility, including the relocation of existing maintenance operations to temp space), the demolition of existing maintenance areas and selective demolition and relocation of existing support areas and the construction of a new maintenance area (including site work and adjacent off-site improvement) for Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority.

JE Berkowitz

The JE Berkowitz project consisted of the construction of a 52,880 square foot addition to the existing J.E. Berkowitz quality glass manufacturing and fabrication facility.

Ungerer

The Ungerer project consisted of the construction of a 27,124 square foot building addition for the manufacturing of flavors and spices.

ABB

The ABB project consisted of the construction of a one-story, 9,050 square foot addition connecting an existing manufacturing facility with an existing warehouse storage facility.

GlaxoSmithKline Display and Packaging Center

The GlaxoSmithKline Display and Packaging Center project expanded the production capabilities of the plant by removing rack and installing MEP support requirements for the equipment. All project work took place during full operation of the facility.

GlaxoSmithKline Office Expansion

The GlaxoSmithKline Office Expansion project consisted of renovations and expansions to approximately 1,950 square feet of office space for the GlaxoSmithKline distribution center.

Fragrance Manufacturer, Inc.

The Fragrance Manufacturer project consisted of a renovation and expansion of the company’s existing 26,000 square foot office area located in their 92,000 square foot manufacturing facility. This 10,000 square foot renovation consisted of the addition of office areas, a lunchroom expansion and the addition of multiple conference rooms.

Tenant Fit Outs

Skepton has completed numerous tenant fit-outs throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania. Our work has included a variety of projects ranging from office expansions and renovations to renovations of warehouse space to support distribution and manufacturing operations for companies like Home Depot Supply, DB Schenker, Distribution Management, Inc. and Masterbrand Cabinets.
