Skepton Construction is a full-service general contracting firm performing site development, new building construction, renovations, and alterations.

We’re one of the few self-performing general contractors working directly for the owner, overseeing subcontractors and self-performing our own work – giving us greater control over scheduling for the duration of the project.

As a self-performing contractor, we typically build 10 to 50 percent of our projects with our own forces. We employ over 50 full-time, highly skilled tradesmen who are readily available to self-perform a multitude of construction tasks. Relying on our forces results in a quicker response, greater flexibility, and increased productivity – often allowing us to work ahead of schedule.

Doylestown, PA

Doylestown Township Parks & Recreation Community Center

Currently under construction, this improvement project includes a 17,000 sft. Parks & Recreation building that will house three multi-purpose rooms, a gymnasium, a warming kitchen, and a large patio that will overlook the central park. In addition to the building construction is the transformation of one of the current fields into tennis, basketball, pickle ball, and bocce courts.

Reading, PA

Reading High School - STEM Academy

Currently under construction, this new 145,000 sft facility features specially designed STEM classrooms, tech education and science labs, and a media center. Additionally, there are unique common spaces that promote learning and socialization, from the auditorium that can transform into a dining hall, to the rooftop courtyard where the students can safely interact without the burden of nearby vehicle traffic.

East Stroudsburg, PA

East Stroudsburg University - Commons Building

Under construction, East Stroudsburg University will have a new University Center that will include a large ballroom, bookstore, theater, food court, and offices for student clubs, organizations, and services in an environmentally friendly state-of-the-art building. This 156,233 sft four-story building is being constructed on the footprint of the Center for Hospitality Management to replace the University Center that was built in 1968.
