Allentown, PA

Cedar Crest College - Softball Field

Renovations at the Cynthia L. Blaschak Softball Field included converting the grass softball field to an all-year, all-weather turf field with lighting and improved drainage, alleviating weather limitations. These improvements promoted player safety while benefiting student-athletes, coaches and the community groups.

Bethlehem, PA

Lutheran Manor - Wellness Center

The renovation consisted of transforming an existing building that was designed in 1976 as a cost-effective solution for housing seniors. The goal of this project was to convert the existing space and bring “life” to the building. This includes a fitness center with inclusive pneumatic equipment, poured cushion sports floor and a walking track; an exercise room for group fitness classes; a salon for beauty services; a multi-purpose room for activities; a laundry room with bench seating and tables; a community room; and an alter and chapel for meditation and spiritual reflection.

Cedar Crest College - Nursing Lab

This project featured a 5,600 sft renovation, converting former tenant spaces into a cutting-edge nursing simulation center and health assessment lab. This included new simulation labs that have state-of-the-art technology and operation rooms. The converted labs are equipped with high-fidelity simulation rooms, a high-fidelity operating room, a preoperative consultation room, and an advanced health assessment lab and debriefing room. Three student lounges and four flexible classrooms and meeting spaces were installed as well.
