Projected to start in 2025, Skepton Construction is building a 5,200 sft. office building at Marsh Creek in Chester County, Pennsylvania. This office building is designed to support Pennsylvania State employees and the facility will aid in managing the park’s diverse recreational activities, including boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking. The building will provide a functional and environmentally conscious space that aligns with the park’s mission and enhances its operational efficiency.
