Bringing together design and construction under one source, Skepton’s design-build services simplify the process, reduce risk, and help you move faster from planning to project completion.
Design-Build Construction Services
One Team. Full Accountability.
Design-build is a streamlined construction method where one contractor handles both design and construction. That means you get one point of contact and one accountable team from concept through completion.
Traditional methods require owners to manage separate contracts for design and construction, often serving as a middleman between the architect and general contractor. With design-build, there’s no disconnect between planning and execution, just a coordinated approach that reduces delays, avoids cost overruns, and keeps your project on track.
